Abaco Rose is conveniently located between Panama City and Destin, so everything is nearby - whether it’s shopping, dining, a movie, an amusement park or museum or waterpark for the kids; a deep-sea fishing excursion - or a day on a dive boat, exploring one of the many submerged wrecks in the area. With over 25,000 acres of State Parks and natural areas, as well as quaint villages with boutique shops, art galleries, bookstores, fine restaurants and more, Scenic Highway 30-A is well worth exploring. For architecture buffs, Seaside is a must-see, for it is the birthplace of New Urbanism – an approach to mixed-use development that has had a worldwide impact. In addition, it is a charming place to visit. And don’t forget concerts, nightlife, repertory theater, lectures, yoga classes, art lessons and much more.
